Summer Set Menu

Summer has arrived, which means it’s time to join us in the cool comfort of our air-conditioned dining room for our seasonal set menu. 

Along with our signature fresh bread on arrival and a glass of Vasse Felix Wines wine, choose from a selection of entrees, mains or desserts. With menus rotating weekly, this week take your pick from the likes of fresh-as-can-be tuna tartare, melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek, fragrant grilled barramundi and finish with a tantalizing tea-infused crème brûlée.

Chicken liver parfait, pear, pickled onions, toasted brioche 

Yellow-fin tuna, avocado, finger lime, crispy chilli & shallot dressing

Main

Daintree Saltwater Barramundi 'Tandoori'. Heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, smoked yogurt 

Red wine braised beef cheek, buttered & crispy leeks, mustard mash.

Dessert

Earl Grey crème brûlée, raspberry sorbet

Woombye Truffled Brie, apple, toasted crumpet
