Summer Set Menu

Summer Set Menu returns this Thursday 23 January to keep you dining out in style for the remainder of the wet season.

Due to popular demand our Summer Set Menu will return this week to be enjoyed in the air-conditioned comfort of our dining room.

The menu includes a choice of either two or three courses plus a glass of house wine.

2-courses + gls wine $58pp | 3-courses + gls wine $75pp

Twice baked Meredith goats cheese soufflé, red wine poached pears, endive, walnuts

Smoked ham hock and chicken terrine, Piccalilli, toasted brioche

Main

Red wine braised beef cheek, mustard mash, braised and crispy leeks

Daintree Saltwater Barramundi, crushed peas, fondant potato, capers, lemon & parsley

Dessert

Fried bread & butter pudding, clotted cream ice cream, marmalade sauce

Gruyère cheese, peach chutney, sourdough crumpet
